Absence in a resume is not absence in a career
When a job asks for a capability and a resume does not show it, the candidate may not have that experience, or the experience may simply be missing from the document.
Treating both situations as the same creates false negatives and encourages unsupported keyword claims.
Ask before concluding
Autonom marks evidence as strong, weak, or not shown yet. When a gap appears recoverable, it asks a targeted question about the scale, ownership, and result.
The answer can then be checked against the requirement and used only when it reflects work the candidate actually did.
Truthful applications are stronger applications
The objective is not to claim every requirement. It is to separate genuine gaps from communication gaps and present the strongest truthful evidence available.
